Like I said, people are just quick to label some people as dumb when they are not.
People just love to underestimate other people.
Kinda like how a lot of people treat kids like they were stupid.

I view it like this. Foolish minds that want to deceive, lie and manipulate people need some knowledge to do it. So they are smart, yet it's with bad intentions... that's when they can use some of the greatest things said to their advantage. That's what every cult leader was/is. So yeah, I agree.

I think what you are asking BIT, by how you explained it, is, "Do words of wisdom come from the undereducated who have trouble properly expressing themselves?"
I gathered this from your statement that they are ignorant of education.
And to that i answer yes. The mind is capable of understanding and trying to express much more than it can put into words.

As for the use of the word ignorant... I reserve that for just dumb-mouthed or actioned people. They do something or say something so out of line that it makes me wonder if they are in touch w/ reality at all. I don't think much wisdom comes from them man.
