who is to say who is ignorant and who isnt? furthermore, who is to say what is accidentally said and what isnt?
there are no accidents. everything is as it should be.
respect, its D, what the heck
yall know whos the best, might as well cut the check
they didnt know the face, but by the name they knew him
racist against rappers, they all looked the same to him
so you're subscribing to free will or determinism?
have this argument work under the assumption that those that should be considered ignorant are those not normally eloquent in speech, but profound in profanity. what they say does not come from a deep understanding of language or a large vocabulary.
those considered non-ignorant would be scholarly in their overall behaviour, and opposite to the aforementioned assumed ignorance.
as for accidentally; that an assumedly ignorant person makes some kind of scientific or philosophical statement at random in a conversation unrelated to the topic of the statement they make.
i think its been known for a while that im a hard determinist.
idk im just saying, you arent anything to determine who is or isnt a fool. or who is or isnt ignorant. i believe that there are those (excluding the extreme of savants) who are lacking in one particular area and make up for it in another. with that said, you dont need a deep understanding of language or vocabulary to make a wise statement.
and idk. ive never been engaged in a conversation about donuts, for example, and someone just randomly yell out their theory on the epistemological and metaphysical nature of reality. so idk. i think that if someone says something thats wise and relevant and you think theyre a fool, youre obviously underestimating their capabilities.

anyway, i do agree somewhat with dela because even if a person seems ignorant to you, it doesn't mean they lack in all areas, but with that said i've heard some stuff that seemed pretty overall usesless from some of the smarter people i know. so i guess it could go both ways.
I think that it's because the majority of people are stupid.
So when people say shit they don't understand, they quickly label it as nonsense.
For example:
The other day, I was wondering about paper planes and who was the first dude to make one.
The girl I was chilling with said that it was probably a dumb kid.
I was like nah, dumb kid? It must've been a very clever person to figure out how to make something fly in the air like that.
the most foolish people say the wisest things? i guess the slowest people run the fastest.
just because it sounds deep and thought-provoking doesnt mean it makes any sense whatsoever.
Scared for the first time, everything just clicked
what if I don’t really do the numbers they predict
considering the fact that I’m the one that they just picked
to write a chapter in history, this shit has got me sick
but if i really do it dont expect to get a split
cus this truly is some shit i dont expect for yall to get..

you're at the opposite end of what i'm talking about.
someone makes a statement without thinking about it, and it's actually a deep and thought-provoking statement, but they had absolutely no intention of making it so. this does happen a lot.
the question is, do the deepest and most thought-provoking statements (wisest words) arise from ^ that situation or no?

well the question in your original post is do ignorant people say the wisest things and no they do not, they say some of the dumbest shit ive ever heard.
but as far as your new situation.. i would say the simplest statements can be the most thought provoking, but i wouldn't go as far as to say that people who say things without thinking about them (like they just blurt shit out) make these statements.
the most thought-provoking statements do arise more in everyday conversation than people who are constantly looking to open peoples minds because they tend to over complicate things.
some of the most thought provoking shit ive heard as come in stand up comedy actually.

i dont see how you can say someone had absolutely no intention of saying something that they said. they obviously said it intentionally. they may or may not have completely understood the intellectual weight of what they said, but it still stands that you have no way of knowing someones intentions.
